The floating brain on a wire looks very funny and not especially threatening.
I'm all for disembodied brains with faces--I grew up on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Doom, after all--but somehow a brain on a wire with a pair of sunglasses just doesn't say "Embodied nightmare" to me. Especially when you can beat it like a pinata and watch it swing around.
Is this one of the flicks MST3K riffed? I'm pretty good at remembering floating brains.
