City on Fire (1979) Disgruntled worker sets city ablaze. The cast is right but, alas, it's bottom of the barrel as far as disaster flicks go. TIL: God allowed the ancient Israelites to burn down certain cities because He had already condemned the irredeemable Amorite culture.
