Scarecrows (1988) Thieves get stuck in a field full of murderous scarecrows who make them pay for their sins. Not perfect, but it oozes atmosphere. TIL: A giant scarecrow of Pope Francis won the 2018 All-Ireland Scarecrow Championship. Pretty sure it didn't kill any sinners.
