This reminded me of the Buffy The Vampire Slayer episode when everyone in town's voice was stolen. Almost an entire episode with no dialogue. Absolutely brilliant and executed very well.
I don't hold similar hopes for Deafula. Is it supposed to be Dracula but deaf? No thanks, I'll watch Nosferatu again and leave this viewing to your stronger stomach.
How do you sign "I vant to suck yor blood" while holding the cape up over the bottom half of your face? There are just a lot of logistical problems that I'm foreseeing in being a deaf vampire.

C'mon man! It's the only movie ever filmed entirely in sign language. Who cares how bad it is, that's a must see.

Any chance you'll follow this up with a review of Blackula?
What I would really like to track down is a copy of Blackenstein, which I've never seen, but is supposed to be truly wretched. Blackula I liked.
You liked Blackula? Well, I guess the preview does promise it's scarier than Dracula. I've never seen it.
